Shipping Policies are as follows:

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our items, some being handmade and locally sourced, some items may take a delay in being processed. All of our items needing a delay of longer than 5 days, will be notified to the customer.

Here at SyB's Space, we are a small family-owned business. We appreciate every single one of our customers, every purchase no matter how big or small, means a great deal to us. We take pride in our business and also want our customers to return again. We hope you follow us on social media so we can connect and build a strong network of fun craft ideas for our little ones, and share new items coming to the store

Return Policy: Any item that is unused and in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless a visibly defective product, in which case a new item will be shipped at no cost to you.* 

*In case of defective item: Please reach out via email, Facebook messenger, or Instagram Direct Message within 3 days of receiving the item with a picture of said defective item to help us resolve the issue within a timely manner. 


Shipping Time Frame: All purchases will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days unless an item is backordered in which case you will be notified by email with expected shipped date. 

Quality: We strive to provide items and kits that are of the highest quality and unique to other shops. Most items are made/created in America, and/or sourced overseas from eco-friendly materials and vendors.
